By downloading, installing, or using the ZORVA application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them
carefully before using the app.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms govern your use of the ZORVA mobile application and website. By using ZORVA, you confirm you are at
least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
ZORVA is a crypto mining application allowing users to accumulate Mining Tokens (MT) and Zorva Tokens (ZT)
through daily mining, referrals, tasks, and ad watching. Mining sessions, MT → ZT swaps, and daily check-in
claims are confirmed via real transactions signed from your own connected wallet on the Monad Testnet. Zorva
Tokens can be withdrawn to crypto or converted to ZORVA mainnet token at TGE (Q4 2027).
⚠️ Mining Tokens and Zorva Tokens are in-app currencies tracked in our database. While ZT can be withdrawn at
a TBD USDT ratio, no specific financial return is guaranteed. Monad Testnet transactions used for mining,
swap, and check-in have no monetary value on their own — they exist to verify genuine user activity, not as a
payment.
3. WALLET CONNECTION & ON-CHAIN ACTIONS
- ZORVA have a Built in self-custody wallet to perform mining, MT → ZT swap, and daily check-in actions
- These actions require you to sign a small transaction on Monad Testnet from your connected wallet
- ZORVA never has access to your private key or seed phrase, and will never ask for them
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and its recovery phrase
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised wallets, phishing, or user error in approving
transactions
- Network congestion, RPC downtime, or wallet app issues may delay or prevent transactions — we are not liable
for delays caused by third-party blockchain infrastructure
4. USER ACCOUNTS
- One account per person — multiple accounts for referral abuse results in permanent ban
- Valid email address required and must be verified before access
- Keep your password secure — you are responsible for all account activity
- Username must not impersonate others or violate any rights
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools for mining, ad watching, or wallet transactions
- Exploit bugs to gain unfair token advantages
- Create fake accounts for referral abuse
- Provide false information for KYC verification
- Provide invalid crypto wallet addresses for withdrawals
- Attempt to manipulate the withdrawal, swap, or PRO systems fraudulently
- Reverse engineer or modify the app
- Harass other users via Discord or any ZORVA platform
6. VIRTUAL CURRENCY & REWARDS
- Mining Tokens (MT) have no direct real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn on their own — they can
only be swapped to Zorva Tokens
- Zorva Tokens (ZT) can be withdrawn to USDT at a TBD conversion ratio upon reaching the 10,000 ZT threshold
- We reserve the right to adjust token earning rates, swap ratios, withdrawal ratios, and thresholds
- Tokens may be forfeited if account is banned for violations
7. ZORVA TOKEN WITHDRAWAL
Users who accumulate 10,000 Zorva Tokens or more may request withdrawal subject to:
- Completing invitational KYC identity verification once eligible
- Providing a valid crypto wallet address for USDT transfer
- Accepting the current ZT to USDT conversion ratio (TBD)
- PRO members receive priority processing of withdrawal requests
- We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by users
- Withdrawal processing times may vary — we do not guarantee instant processing
⚠️ Always double-check your crypto wallet address before submitting a withdrawal. Transactions to wrong
addresses cannot be reversed.
8. PRO MEMBERSHIP
ZORVA PRO is a one-time membership upgrade that grants enhanced benefits:
- PRO membership can be activated in one of two ways: (a) paying 225 MON directly on-chain via your connected
wallet on Monad Mainnet, or (b) paying 3.5 USDT via our Discord server
- Both payment methods are one-time and grant lifetime PRO access
- Benefits include: 2x mining speed, 10 ads/day, 2x referral bonus, PRO badge, priority withdrawal, and an
exclusive Discord role
- PRO status is tied to your account and cannot be transferred
- Payments made for PRO membership, whether on-chain or via Discord, are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to modify PRO benefits or pricing (including the MON/USDT amounts) with reasonable
notice
9. TOKEN GENERATION EVENT (TGE)
- TGE planned for Q4 2027 — date and conversion ratio not guaranteed
- KYC required for TGE airdrop participation
- ZORVA mainnet token subject to applicable laws and regulations
- No specific token value or exchange listing guaranteed
- Regulatory changes may affect or prevent the TGE
⚠️ ZORVA is NOT an investment product. Mine for free and treat any future token value as a bonus, not a
guaranteed return.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All ZORVA content including logos, design, text, and code is owned by ZORVA. You may not reproduce or create
derivative works without written permission.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
ZORVA is provided "as is." We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service and are not responsible for
data loss due to technical failures, nor for issues arising from third-party blockchain networks, wallet
providers, or RPC infrastructure outside our control.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ZORVA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of in-app tokens due to bans,
technical issues, service discontinuation, or losses related to your wallet or blockchain transactions.
13. SERVICE CHANGES & TERMINATION
- We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time
- We may update these Terms with reasonable notice
- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- PRO benefits may be modified with reasonable notice to members
