Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data ZORVA collects, how we use it, and your rights as a
user. By using the ZORVA app, you agree to this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you register and use ZORVA, we collect the following information:
- Account Information: Email address, username you choose during registration
- Usage Data: Mining activity, token balances (Mining Tokens and Zorva Tokens), level progress,
referral count, streak data
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, Firebase Cloud Messaging token for
push notifications
- Referral Data: Referral codes used and generated
- PRO Membership Data: PRO status, activation date, and payment method used (on-chain wallet
transaction or Discord/USDT)
- KYC Data (invitational): Identity documents for withdrawal verification, collected once you
cross the eligibility threshold — processed securely
- Withdrawal Data: Crypto wallet addresses provided for Zorva Token withdrawals
2. WALLET & BLOCKCHAIN DATA
ZORVA integrates with your self-custody wallet (e.g. MetaMask, or any WalletConnect-compatible wallet) to
perform certain on-chain actions on the Monad network. When you connect a wallet, we collect and store:
- Your public wallet address (never your private key or seed phrase — ZORVA never has access to these, and
never asks for them)
- Transaction hashes for mining sessions, Mining Token → Zorva Token swaps, daily check-in claims, and PRO
activation payments
- Which network the transaction was made on (Monad Testnet for mining/swap/check-in, Monad Mainnet for
on-chain PRO payments)
This data is public information already visible on the relevant blockchain explorer; we store it to verify your
in-app rewards and PRO status. We are not responsible for wallet security — safeguarding your private key and
seed phrase is entirely your responsibility.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- Provide and maintain the ZORVA mining app and all features
- Calculate and credit Mining Tokens, Zorva Tokens, and mining rewards
- Verify on-chain transactions for mining, swap, check-in, and PRO activation
- Process Zorva Token withdrawals to provided crypto addresses
- Verify PRO membership status
- Display leaderboard rankings (username and token balance only)
- Send push notifications about mining completion and app updates
- Process referral rewards and track referral counts
- Invitational KYC verification for withdrawal eligibility
- Prepare for Token Generation Event (TGE) airdrop distribution
4. FIREBASE & GOOGLE SERVICES
- Firebase Authentication: Securely manages your login and password
- Cloud Firestore: Stores account data, token balances, PRO status, connected wallet address,
on-chain transaction hashes, and withdrawal requests
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: Sends push notifications

5. ADVERTISING
ZORVA displays rewarded video advertisements through Unity Ads. Unity Ads may collect device identifiers and
usage data for ad serving.

6. WITHDRAWAL & KYC DATA
When you request a withdrawal of Zorva Tokens, we collect:
- Your crypto wallet address for USDT payment
- KYC identity documents, collected once you become eligible (10,000 ZT threshold), for fraud prevention and
regulatory compliance
KYC data is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for identity verification purposes. We do not
sell or share this data with third parties except as required for payment processing.
7. DATA SHARING
We do NOT sell your personal data. We only share data in these limited circumstances:
- If required by law or legal process
8. LEADERBOARD & PUBLIC DATA
Your username, token balance, and PRO status badge may be visible on the ZORVA leaderboard. Your email address
and full wallet address are never shown publicly.
9. DATA SECURITY
- Firebase's industry-standard encryption
- Firestore security rules preventing unauthorized access
- Email verification required before account access
- Secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission
- KYC data encrypted and stored securely
- ZORVA never requests, stores, or has access to your wallet's private key or seed phrase
10. DATA RETENTION
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. At TGE (Q4 2027), a snapshot of your Zorva
Token balance will be taken for airdrop distribution. Withdrawal records and on-chain transaction references are
retained for financial compliance purposes.
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
ZORVA is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13.
12. YOUR RIGHTS
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Update your username or email through the app
- Disconnect your wallet at any time through the app
- Opt out of push notifications through device settings
- Request KYC data deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app's
update notification system.
