Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data ZORVA collects, how we use it, and your rights as a
user. By using the ZORVA app, you agree to this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you register and use ZORVA, we collect the following information:
- Account Information: Email address, username you choose during registration
- Usage Data: Mining activity, coin balances (M Coins, N Coins, Zorva Tokens), level progress,
referral count, streak data
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, Firebase Cloud Messaging token for
push notifications
- Referral Data: Referral codes used and generated
- PRO Membership Data: PRO status, Zorva Token balance, subscription history
- KYC Data (when launched): Identity documents for withdrawal verification — collected and
processed securely
- Withdrawal Data: Crypto wallet addresses provided for N Coin withdrawals
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- Provide and maintain the ZORVA mining app and all features
- Calculate and credit M Coins, N Coins, and mining rewards
- Process N Coin withdrawals to provided crypto addresses
- Verify PRO membership status and Zorva Token balances
- Display leaderboard rankings (username and coin balance only)
- Send push notifications about mining completion and app updates
- Process referral rewards and track referral counts
- KYC verification for withdrawal eligibility
- Prepare for Token Generation Event (TGE) airdrop distribution
3. FIREBASE & GOOGLE SERVICES
- Firebase Authentication: Securely manages your login and password
- Cloud Firestore: Stores account data, coin balances, PRO status, and withdrawal requests
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: Sends push notifications

4. ADVERTISING
ZORVA displays rewarded video advertisements through Unity Ads. Unity Ads may collect device identifiers and
usage data for ad serving.

5. WITHDRAWAL & KYC DATA
When you request a withdrawal of N Coins, we collect:
- Your crypto wallet address for USDT payment
- KYC identity documents (when KYC launches) for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance
KYC data is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for identity verification purposes. We do not
sell or share this data with third parties except as required for payment processing.
6. DATA SHARING
We do NOT sell your personal data. We only share data in these limited circumstances:
- With Firebase/Google for core app functionality
- With Unity Ads for ad serving
- With payment processors for withdrawal transactions
- If required by law or legal process
7. LEADERBOARD & PUBLIC DATA
Your username, coin balance, and PRO status badge may be visible on the ZORVA leaderboard. Your email address is
never shown publicly.
8. DATA SECURITY
- Firebase's industry-standard encryption
- Firestore security rules preventing unauthorized access
- Email verification required before account access
- Secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission
- KYC data encrypted and stored securely
9. DATA RETENTION
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. At TGE (Q4 2027), a snapshot of your N Coin
balance will be taken for airdrop distribution. Withdrawal records are retained for financial compliance purposes.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
ZORVA is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Update your username or email through the app
- Opt out of push notifications through device settings
- Request KYC data deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app's
update notification system.
